The debugging of the color sorter does not need to follow the step-by-step implementation, but only need to complete the following items.

1、Check whether the valve is completed, whether the nozzle order is correct, adjust the machine position, check whether the air pressure is normal. Adjust the vibration screw and pressure relief plate, check the position of rice trough and nozzle. After completion, adjust the camera position, check whether the light is on, manual cleaning, check whether the ash is normal, adjust the delay, width, background plate, sensitivity and output.

2.Make sure the glass and background plate are clean, cut and observe if the instrument path jumps, adjust the position of the background plate and glass plate. Check whether the connection of each wire of the electrical control box is loose, whether the original of the sub-check box is intact, and then fix and correctly connect the fire wire, zero wire and ground wire of the stabilized power supply.

3, the delay function of the color sorter is to blow the inferior product out of the nozzle for a period of time, but at the same time, it is not possible to obtain high-quality material. The result is that only secondary material is blown. If the delay is incorrect, too much good material is blown out of the secondary material and the color selection is not clean throughout the machine.

4. The higher the separation and take-out rates of the three elements, the better the color sorter; the lower the take-out rate, the better the color sorter, and the higher the output, the better the color sorter. When purchasing, it is necessary to consider these three factors and choose the best ratio for yourself.

Precautions for the use of color sorters:

1, the entire color sorter linear value adjustment takes about 5 minutes, and there must be enough millet (because in the adjustment process, if the multimeter is damaged within 1 second, the adjusted parameters will not be accurate, and this process this is not color selection, so you need to be patient.)

2, when adjusting the linear value, please do not adjust the parameters such as flow rate and accuracy. Otherwise, the linear value adjusted by Zhongrui Weidu will produce a large error (i.e., you are not allowed to click any key on the screen when adjusting).

3. Do not press the "Run" button before adjusting the linearity value.

4、Pressing the "Run" button, the color sorter starts to select colors and is in normal operation.

5、Please adjust the accuracy of the color sorter and the flow rate of the vibrator according to the actual production process of the knife, the requirement of the finished meter and the scrap rate.
